At PIPE AND ROW, we want you to love your curated finds, but if a piece isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn, tagged items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items, apothecary, and intimates are final sale to maintain our boutique standards.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus a small restocking fee.
